¿Qué debe tener un buen instructor de yoga y/o pilates?
Para mi, sobre todo y ante todo, tres cosas importantes:
- Lo primero y más importante es amor por su profesión.
- Tener técnica, por lo tanto, formación y práctica.
- Y sentido común, por mucho amor y formación que tenga si no utiliza la lógica y la razón podría lesionarnos.
Con esto ya tendríamos, en mi opinión, un buen instructor pero además podemos añadir algunas cualidades o virtudes más como:
Que tenga en cuenta nuestras patologías o dolencias, si las hay.
Que tenga empatía.
Que sea creativ@.
Que esté en continuo aprendizaje y reciclaje, por lo tanto, que él/ella, también, esté evolucionando en su práctica.
Que sea atent@.
